Who we are

This website, bonzapayments.com, presents Bonza Payments, a product of Cloud Ingenious. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Cloud Ingenious, D-9, Block E, Sector 3, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India.

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the Bonza Payments product itself or any data processed through it for our customers, which is governed by the agreements we have with those customers.

Information we collect

When you use the Contact form, we collect:

• Your name and business email address
• Your company name, if you provide it
• What you are trying to solve and the payment context you describe
• Your optional answers about Salesforce, payment gateways, Experience Cloud and your current payment setup
• The page you came from, the date and time of your submission, and your IP address

Please do not include card details, payment credentials, passwords, API or gateway keys, or other sensitive customer financial data in the form.

When you browse the website, it does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Like most websites, the servers that host it may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request, in order to deliver and secure the website.

To display its typefaces, the website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. Google’s use of that information is covered by Google’s own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To read and respond to your enquiry, and to arrange a conversation or demo if you ask for one
• To keep a record of the enquiries we receive
• To limit repeated or automated submissions: a one-way (hashed) form of your IP address and the times of your submissions are kept briefly on our web server, so that no more than five enquiries are accepted from the same address within ten minutes
• To operate, secure and maintain the website

Who handles your information

Your enquiry is delivered to the Bonza team by email through Twilio SendGrid, an email delivery service. The website is hosted by Hostinger, and its fonts are served by Google Fonts. These providers receive the information described above as part of providing their services to us.

We may also disclose information if we are required to do so by law or in response to a valid request from a public authority, such as a court or a government agency.

Where your information is processed

Your information is processed at our offices in India and by the service providers named above, which may process it outside India, including in the United States. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, including to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have provided to us, or tell us that you no longer want us to contact you. Please note that we may need to keep certain information where we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
